New CEO of Yahoo Minimizes the Impact of a New Baby

Many parents feel awful when they have a difficult baby and it's really demoralizing to hear glowing stories from other parents. So when Marissa Meyer told an audience at Fortune's Most Powerful Women how easy it is to return to work a few weeks after becoming a new mother and how easy the baby is, many working women must have had thoughts like this sounds too good to be real and just wait until the baby crawls. Too few women break through the glass ceiling and we need realistic models from women at the very top.
